Snap!

So, this isn't one of the posts that I had planned on, but that supply is running low. I was recently told that I seem to go "in spurts" on blogging, so I thought I'd do my best to make this recent burst continue until I had nothing left to say (Ha!). So anyway, SNAP Fitness...I stopped going regularly in the middle of April. I wanted to, but the end of the school year wore me out so I didn't push it. The funny thing is...since I STOPPED going, I've lost weight. Specifically 5.5 pounds last month. Not a lot, but darn it, more than I was losing while I was there!

I do think I need to go back though...not for intense workouts, but for a little cardio when the weather is icky and I can't walk Brandi. And maybe some strengthening work for my knees and back...

Up next, LIZARD GUTS! (unless something else major happens first!)
